Congrats to Pal Dardai, Hungarian footballer of the year in 2006. Its his first such accolade, after his former teammate Gabor Kiraly took it for 4 years while he was at Hertha.

can someone translate this please....

Ashkan has been the main beneficiary of Basturk's injury,
Goetz says he likes his current play, but would like him to show it consistently first before he comes to praise him.
Marko Pantelic is the first name on the teamsheet according to Goetz.
Gimenez looks to be a doubt, Goetz hasn't decided who to play instead of him, Lakic or Okoronkwo

Ok, who wrote the Olympiastadion article in the BigSoccer Wiki? It's inaccuracy bothers me, but not enough to actually edit it... :D

Still quite ecstatic over the victory that I did not see coming.

Ede was superb, Cazlon was right, he showed more promise in this game alone than Lakic has all year. Might be because BvB was spending more time trying to keep Pantelic quiet (which they did) that they neglected the youngsters?

Defense bended but, barely, didn't break. kudos to them.

I'd definitely take out the last sentence - there are many National Socialist buildings still standing in Germany. My school building was the former Northern German Luftwaffe headquarters (build during the 30s), some German ministries reside in former Nazi buildings. The Plympiastadion was preserved because it is considered a prime example of National Socialist architecture, not despite. Despite minor controversy I don't think it was ever seriously considered to tear down the stadium (which wouldn't have been that easy because of it's official status as a historical monument).

No problem, considering that during the time I wrote this I could have edited it myself 10 times or so :D.
