I have a couple pairs of gloves, they are both in good condition and clean...but they have lost their grip. They are both slick and I can only get a decent grip if I keep them wet.

Any suggestions as to regenerating or replenishing the "tackiness" of the latex?

Well, you should always keep your gloves damp when playing. As you said, it brings out the grip in the latex, & dry latex tends to tear quicker than damp latex. It is nearly impossible to regenerate a grip once the latex has gone south, however.

The best thing you can do is wash your gloves after every use with lukewarm water & possibly a good glove cleaner if they are really dirty. Using the wrong detergent can wreck the grip, as different chemicals can affect the latex differently, some with disastrous results!

It really can't be helped - latex will eventually turn hard and slick just from age. You just have to consider goalie gloves disposable items.
