A fine of £16000 for a team who get 6 yellow cards is pure greed by UEFA. UEFA sucks.

What will they think of next?

I've never seen so much diving since Portugal in the world cup.

I've never seen so much hackling (add bitching and whining to that) since, well, yesterday...and to get away with it too

Of course the Barcelona players played like angels. The game was physical and full of dives with both sides doing their best (or worst - whichever you prefer) to get whatever advantage they could. Both sides were equally guilty of stretching the laws as much as they could and sometimes going beyond.

The thing is, Barcelona can go long stretches without playing a match that is riddled with controversy, bickering among managers, unusual # of reckless challenges, whining or other needless BS. But with Chelsea, this nonsense seems to occur almost every match from Carling Cup ties to the Champions League.

Since this stuff seems to follow Chelsea (or more specifically Jose Mourinho) around more than anyone else, how can you say the blame is equal?

35 seconds.

Yup.

35 seconds after the kick off, we had the first dive of the game.

35 seconds.

Deco.

'nuff said.

Because there were two sides on the pitch who tried to get away with whatever they could.

Before that even, Mourinho ran his mouth during the pre-game press conference in an attempt to influence the referee.

Yes - but even the special one wasn't quick enough to start off the bad mouthing, coming in a very slow third place to barca players ;)

35 seconds...shameful!

That's bad news. A fine of that size could put a serious dent in Chelsea's transfer options come January.

Not biased in any way then.

But by far the funniest thing about that footage, is when Terry kick the ball at Deco on the ground (about 2mins 40secs in). Watch as Deco prepares for his "i've been shot" oscar performance, the ball hits him, and he miraculously recovers. Terry I salute you.

He's innocent! It's just one big conspiracy against Chelsea! By Barcelona, the FA, UEFA, FIFA, the G-14, Sepp Blatter, Anders Frisk, Arsenal, Glazer, and probably that Al-Fayed guy who owns Fulham!!!
