Here is hoping that the lads turn around their Premiership fortunes....

Well, if there's any good recipe for a game less than 48 hours after playing in Palermo, it's hosting a team which hasn't scored an away goal this season.
Then again, with our luck they'll find the scoring touch.
At least we were without six first-choice starters yesterday, and I reckon a few of those will be back tomorrow. Plus we can play Rossi.

Harper
Carr, Bramble, Moore, Baba
Milner, Zogs, Butt, Parker, Duff
Rossi
I imagine Milner is a withdrawn forward as he was Thursday..still a rather negative formation considering we're home vs. a promoted side.

1st 10 minutes a little too even for our liking...Bramble heads a corner wide for our 1st half-chance...

Sounds like the kind of game where they may need to score first to wake us up...

Best quote ever "Bramble lumbers up for the corner." Can someone photoshop him into Frankenstein?

Amazing we don't have a player out there that can out-class what amounts to Championship competition. If we trot out the same 11 players to start the 2nd half, and expect something to change, we having a laugh.

Anybody else having trouble telling the two teams apart on the tv? From some of the longer camera angles, the two jerseys can look very similar.
And yeah, I wouldn't complain if we saw Luque, Solano, or Emre show up to start the second half.

Man of the match was definitely the right post.
Cuz if that ball went in, we'd be bottom of the table.
In November.
Thx,
Jay!

I say it every week, it gets worse and worse and worse. I hope this is rock bottom because I can't imagine anything lower than this.

We were flat as a pancake with a shite bit of luck. Add to that we have serious injury problems, no strikers capable of finishing regularly and a defense as porous as the US/Canadian border and what do you have?
Shite?
Shite!
We're bloody well shite
We've gotta bloody right to say it!
we still can go lower. just because we are a "Big" club doesn't mean we are immune to it.

How many seasons do I have to reflect on the good ole days when Keegan was in charge? Maybe NUFC might consider foreign or American owners;) , seeing that the top two have such. *bracing for shock*

Shepard out now!!!
On a side note both Carr and Parker had running battles with home supporters during the game. I for one think both should apologize for not committing 100% of their efforts to the game and bickering with the supporters.
