Yes, that´s true.

But where should he go?
He already plays at one of the best teams in Europe.

And yet there are still so many who could be more attractive....

Your last CL conquerors, for instance.

They are known to be pretty interested in him. I'll bet he'd relish the chance to play with Ronaldinho.

Arsenal are known to be interested and there has been rumblings about Chelsea too........

An interesting name who's thinking of new blood at the striker position is AC Milan.

Another name is very interesting and known to be interested in Klose. Juventus.

But of course, they can't offer UEFA Football next season.

But, with the kind of guy Klose is, I don't think that's a major problem to him.

I think he really wants to play at a big club outside of Germany and make some money to secure his family's future.

There are plenty of reasons for him to leave.

Just as there are strong reasons for him to stay.

As I said in response to "squidward123", I don't think he knows what he wants to do yet.......

Ugh, sorry, but Klose and Henry, with Rosicky, Ljungberg, Cesc, (Reyes if he comes back), Eboue etc. etc. just sounds too good for me :drools:

I think Reyes is going to be sold to Real. He's doing well enough there to get Real to pony up the cash.

Reyes will be their new "Spanish Hero", allowing Raul to ride off into the sunset.

Not sure how much that will affect Arsenal's ability to acquire Klose, but that's what I believe......

Damn they will have plenty of Spanish "heroes" then. I heard Torres, Cesc, Sergio Ramos were as well. :D

I regress, back on topic on Werder and/or Klose.

I don't think he even knows right now.

Bremen, Klose, Begin Contract Talks (http://msn.foxsports.com/soccer/story/6249726)

I think he's leaving myself. Nothing against Bremen at all, but he's getting close to 30.

I really believe he wants to play abroad and take advantage of the best years of his career financially for the sake of his family's future.

He's a responsible, very respectable young man and I believe that would be his intention.

To be honest I think klose's age in terms of football wear and tear is closer to 25 than 28, because he only became a pro at 22, and we use 30 as a marker for people who began at 18-19 and built up wear and tear on their bodies and mental fatigue. I think he'll be at his peak till about 32-33 as long as he decides to continue with football because he seems to be a guy with many other options and football not being his only main focus in life.

Where did you get the info about barcelona and arsenal being interested in him. I haven't seen any articles or anything.

I really think Klose will go to Milan. I mean, there is just no way he is going to Barca...they aren't dropping Eto'o for Klose and Klose shouldn't warm the bench for any team in the world.

Arsenal could be a likelyhood but Van Persie has been fantastic this season and so has Adabayor to a certain extent and it looks like Henry will be with them for a while.

you mean Juve?? because Juve has been all over him in the papers...and Klose is saying how he likes the attention, and would like to play abroad. Although Milan may get involved, it looks like he will go to Juve and they will win Serie A next year once they finish dominating Serie B this year

Juve would be my second choice although I feel Milan would have more levreging power. They're not getting Sheva back, Oliveira and Pippo aren't really big hits this season. That leaves only Gilardinho readying up a place for Klose.

I would hate Klose at Milan but I really do think he would fit in well and do really good.

i don't mind if he leaves... he has been very good to werder (by scoring goals and not causing trouble with KATS) as long as he makes a decision to going to a team that will make him play alot, and werder can find a replacement.

Those are the teams of which we will face one in the next UEFA Cup round:

Celta Vigo
Paris St. Germain
Ajax Amsterdam
AS Nancy
CA Osasuna
FC Sevilla
Dinamo Bukarest
Maccabi Haifa

I'd prefer Sevilla and wouldn't want Nancy although if Werder plays their game none of those teams should be a problem.

I think PSG would be best for Werder.

The Nazis? Don't insult us.... ;-)

First Ajax and then Spartak Moscow or Celta de Vigo. Shouldn't be a problem. ;)

Don't count your chickens before they hatch. Ajax will give Werder a battle.

I agree that Werder should win and probably will, but it is not a forgone conclusion.
