Did it come out yet???

yep. everywhere except the USA.
If you want to play it in the US I'd suggest buying a copy via Ebay. There are a few reputable UK based dealers there. In the past I was able to order it via Amazon.co.uk, but they are not selling it to the US this year.

I've played the first version of Winning Eleven 10 (the Japanese version), plays like 8, looks like 9 IMHO. Which means: awesome! :)

Yea, but what do you suggest they change??

Main things in gameplay

1) Goalkeepers I think have to be a bit better
2) Throw-ins have to be more closely guarded by AI opponents

All i can think of right now

YEa i played WE10, the goalies need to actually catch the ball. Games between me and my friends have been totally screwed by the goalie just hitting up so anyone could just knock it right in off a good shot.

also something else i noticed, was that the shots were hard as hell to master. Just by barely tapping the shot button and it went flying! And i thought shooting outside the box WE9 was hard in the beginning! Mastered that though...

Yea it takes awhile. I've missed quite a few sitters due to that bar, but I think thats okay. Really need to tap it.

Also don't like the fact that people like Messi, C.Ronaldo, Robinho (i.e. dribbling rapists as I call them) are totally unstoppable in this game. You can properly mark them (it is hard), but I thought it was totally ridiculously how they were able to dance around every defender

Yea, so far ive played only against my friends, as its my firends game. Cant really say much on how the 'dribblers' are that unstoppable.

But other than that i like how they took out the whole joystick makes the side step move off, and brought it back to manual style.

Im sure with some time and practice though, i'll be able to master this game. It feels like with the shooting though, every year they make it harder and harder.

I used to run shit on WE8. I was able to embarrass my friends by shottting really far out side the box. They made it harder in 9 though to pull that off, as shooting power really effects that as your only able to pull that off with only the most strong foots in the game. 10 seems like it will be near impossible at this point....

I've played online and it's pretty good on there as it's more "organised" and definetly less laggers/cheaters I would say. Shooting is pretty hard but with Van Bommel I know I've scored as soon as I let fly.

I'm finding free-kicks very difficult to execute though-I'm slowly getting better. You can't tap and score a free kick as easily like PES5 which is a good thing as a guy like Adriano would always score with his shot power.

Apart from that it has got better, I do find it harder than PES5 though.

I have Winning Eleven 9 (PES5) but I just bought a memory card off of E-Bay with real kits and teams and all that...So I probably won't need to buy the new one.

My impression was the game is much easier than WE9. One time in the Master league w/ four-star level, I beat my opponent 11-0.
