It looks like:
Zambrotta(who looks totally lost when playing for barca)
Canavaro(only recently started picking up but still looks shakey)
Tevez(is adding fuel to the theory that south american forwards don't play well in england)
Ibrahimovic(if he's not careful inter may give him the adriando treatment and ship him off to sweden)
Kalou(scored recently....but looked poor up to that point)
Shevchenko(same as above)

In England
Shevechenko- the amount of money that was spent on him and he has only 2 goals after playing every game. His first goal was also a fluke, haven't seen the second.
Tevez- so much hype about him being one of the best forwards in the world, and he can't evn start for a team 2 spots from the bottom.

Shevchenko. He probably is worth half of all the Championship clubs' payrolls, but he's only scored two goals.
Chelsea should have got a natural finisher like Andy Johnson.

The biggest flop in England has got to be Michael Carrick to Man Utd.
Players like Shevchenco and Tevez need time to settle into a totally different league and Country. Their class will eventually shine through.
Carrick on the other hand has always played in England, and has had many man of the match performances for Tottenham. So far (considering Mr Ferguson paid a ridiculous £18 million on him) he's been next to useless. I could stand in the middle of the field and just pass it to nearest open teammate. Man Utd needed to get a replacement for Roy Keane. Well done Alex you brought the total opposite.

Five out of those six switched leagues. Time has to be given for adaptation; another player I would say that I haven't been impressed by is Olivera of Milan, who has switched leagues also. Ibra is just overrated. I never liked him at Juve. Give time to the others though.

By far i think that Sheva is the biggest flop in the premiership, but give him time. He was the biggest hype in the premiereship and I think Chelsea payed way too much for him.
All the former Juve players that have carted themselves off to Spain I think have all been flops too, different leagues they'll say, bla bla bla but see how they are after christmas.
And Ibrahimavic is the biggest flop in Italian football and maybe Europe. I hated his attitude at Juve when they got relugated and when he refused to play for his national side. I hope he does shit for Inter for the rest of the season and play for some shit team when Inter sell him in the January transfer (fingers crossed) because thats what he deserves. I hate him.

ibra = useless
shevchenko has flopped but it wouldnt suprise me if he comes good second half of season
kalou is young and will settle eventually
tevez and macherano were free so they arnt really a waste of money, but have flopped in terms of their supossed ability

Not sure if they were free, but they are really harming the morale of the team

how so ibby?? i've been reading that everyone on the team likes them and gets along fine with them. west ham just fell into this winnless and goaless funk that they can not get out of.

sheva will hit form .even thierry henry had a nightmare up until christmas of his first season in england .When he hit form he never looked back.
I believe sheva will do the same.

^^^that is if he plays at the top or stays just off
imo sheva works best with a strong forward so he and drogba would be nice or with a playmaker behind him
hes one of the best strikers of this generation and its a shame hes not playing to his potential, even if it is for the chavs

Imagine you were the funniest guy in town (bad example I know) and then comes along two people that are funnier than you in every aspect, how would you feel.
That is what is happening at West Ham, & ofcourse none of the West Ham players would come out & say they are destorying the morale, they would get crusified.

Why are there morale being destroyed tho, do they feel inferior?

Who cares about West Ham?
Even though I'm not a fan of either Barca or the Italian national team I am going to defend zambrotta. Zambrotta is a good defender who speaks Italian and I doubt any other languages at least well. It's a different league. This thread was started way too early in the season. I would say a 1/2-3/4 way through the season would be so much better.

Zambrotta?
He's not playing great but he's still regarding as one of the best fullbacks in circulation plus Barca didn't pay much for him. I'd hardly call that a flop.
Gudjohnson is a flop considering he adds nothing to the Barca attack.

Zambrotta has lost his confidence, he's barely going past the half-way line and this is putting greater scrutiny on his defending which has been weak so far. He should get better
I'll add Craig Bellamy to the list too. A lot of hype that he was going to add pace and flair to Liverpool's attack before the season but 2 Months in, he's scored just 2 goals and can't get into the Liverpool side right now.
Like Zambrotta, he should get better.
