Does anyone else think FSC needs a Soccer game show, maybe like soccer trivia or something like that? I was thinking that might be a good idea. It'd be better than crap like FC Fox...

I argee that FSC should try to creat a game show. It would teach the American public about the game of soccer. the problem they would have is that they would have to find People to participate.it would be better than the show FC Fox.

Why would they have trouble finding contestants, I'm sure many people would want to be on the show.

FC Fox is crap but a silly game show is not the answer

I don't think it's silly, it could be like Who wants to be a millionaire style. People would actually learn something.

They could just buy those quiz shows on SkySports or BBC.

Remember the game show where a wrong answer from a contestant drops him though a trap door? The soccer version of the quiz show could ask soccer-related questions and a contestant's incorrect response could result in David Beckham drilling a ball at his 'midsection'.

My idea of a soccer game show was to have the supporter's clubs of each team play each other. Tape the whole thing the week of MLS Cup or the All-Star Game, when all supporter's teams would be available. Each matchup would be about 6-8 minutes. Air them as pregame or halftime fillers during the match-of-the-week on FSC or ESPN2.

This idea is similar to the old "Ultimate Fan League" game show on Fox Sports Network, hosted by Bill Dwyer (now hosting "I've Got a Secret" on Game Show Net). The concept was to have the 20-some Fox Sports Net affiliates each have a team comprised of sports fans from that city.
