Agreed. Nothing against Richie, he appears to really be a very hardworking player and comes across as quite an honest individual (in a vein similar to Bardsley) so you really have to hope the best for him. However, he just does not seem to have the skill nor the potential - especially on the ball - to make it here as a player. Hopefully he can get a steady spot at a lower/midtable or Championship side down the career, but I don't see him making it here tbh.
