I have been recieving emails with w32 virus attached at least 5 times a day. has anyone here recieved an email that begins with "Hello, attached product is sent as a part of" or "This E-Mail is never sent unsolicited. If you receive this
E-Mail then it is because... "?

does anyone know how to block this mail and backtrack them so i can find their exact location?

If anything Hama, get Bullguard. Its what I use. 30 day trial, with option at the end to buy it.

ok, i just found that to my surprise the sender's ip is located at u of i urbana/champaign. this is about 3 hours away from here. i wonder if this is just a coincidence or the idiot is tricking me. i wanna make sure about it so if anybody else here got the stupid "Hello, attached product.." mail or any other junk mails with a file attached, plz pm me. if he's really in u of i, he's dead. this idiot has been pissing me off for 3 months.

btw thx for the advice guys

Let us know when you find him and what you've done to him. Wait, don't let us know what you've done to him.

If you need any help sniffing I always use LANGuard. It's a nice Security (read: Hacking) Tool that has a great GUI. Will probe all ports, shares and vulnerabilities.

Or you could just delete the message before opening it. That way you won't get the virus. I make it a point to never open an email if I don't know who it is from.
