There's a playboy centerfold in the cockpit of Princess Leia's transport at the opening of Star Wars. That's directly from a book put out by Lucasfilm that I've got, I don't have it w/ me at work.
C-3P0 and R2 are allegedly in the heiroglyphics in the Well of Souls in "Raiders" but didn't make it into the final cut. Again from same book.

In A New Hope, there's a scene in the Millenium Falcon cockpit where there's a pair of dice hanging. Chewbacca hits them when he gets up. They don't appear in any other scene.
