Before anyone freaks, the title is a joke to get people to read the thread.

I was reading BBC website and saw this:
Newcastle players have held a no-holds barred meeting to try to turn their season around. (Daily Star)

It isnt the first time I have heard that phrase in the past few years. So now we have a dismal season and thanks to a players meeting, we now have called each other names and passed the blame around. As if our team could be any worse mentally, this is not the solution. It does say one thing, there isnt any confidence in Roeder or leadership coming from him.

but those scenarios assume we have someone competant who can run thru and take the lead and motivate. Ya know like Geroge Pepard, Bill Murray, Jon Belushi or Mr T.
