We had fun with it the last time, so Anderson suggested having a foosball night again at Kay's Lounge (I think he wants his autographed ball back too). If you've never been there, it's a tiny hole-in-the-wall icehouse near Rice Village. Take 59 to Greenbriar and go South. At Bissonnet, take a right. The bar is just a short distance on on the right.
At 9 there is an acoustic open-mic night that one of my friends runs that is also really good.

You can park across the street if none of the 4 parking spots in front of the bar are available.

Foosball, cheap beer, good jukebox followed by live music, decent pizza, big ass Texas table. No cement mixers.

Bump. The beer is cheap and cold, and foosball's only .75 a game IIRC.

Anderson & Dr Ludicrous are deadly at foosball. I'd say that they could be my wingman at anytime, but DrL wouldn't get the movie reference.

Anderson got worse, the more beer he drank, whereas I got slightly better. Dr L was consistently good, must have been the water.
I think Waibel scored 5 goals for me. Anderson made the mistake of subbing in Zach Thornton for Onstad.
A few weeks ago, I'd consider Nobius a rookie foosballer, but he's getting better quickly. At least he doesn't spin anymore.
Mark is a girl. Apparently, so is Jason, according to Jason's mom.

That was the funniest quote of the night. It was made funnier by the fact that he didn't realize what he said for about a minute while we were all dying of laughter.

I found a link to this page while searching for a houston foosball league, not quite what i wanted but maybe one of you could help me out?
almost every foosball website i find have a link to a "houston league", but it turns out to be a porn site.
If anyone knows of an existing league or would like to help me start a league please let me know.
