Wait, we're going to New Jersey? Does that mean RBNY beat the Wizards?

;)

Not sure why the R is necessary (who the hell would take an 18 hr bus ride to KC???) Well, guess I need to call Southwest and get credit for flight I booked to KC.

You're preaching to the converted. Personally, I think the [R] policy and results tags are ridiculous.

If you don't want to know what happened in a soccer game, you have to be stupid beyond belief to visit a site named BigSoccer.com. :D

I knew that the minute I booked that Southwest flight that the Bruce would wake his side up

FYI, buses are very expensive this time of year and many of the usual companies that offer decent rates are sold out. Waiting for us to get a second bus may leave you with a higher price or stranded altogether! GET ON BOARD! :D

On a related note I just looked on mlsnet and I see HDnet's broadcasting this game. Does that mean no local coverage?

Thanks, but no thanks. I wouldn't go to Vegas if you paid me. And certainly not to listen to certain crooners...

However, there is always the MLS Draft 2007 (http://www.nscaa.com/annual.php)... in some other godforsaken Midwest destination ;)

The HDNet coverage is not an exclusive on this one since DK and MLSLive.tv are also listed. MSG is scheduled to carry the match in greater New York. What will happen here in the Mid-Atlantic (if anything) hasn't been announced to my knowledge.

Saturday night marked one of the rare times when I wanted Metro Bull to win -- my girlfriend and I were already planning to be in New York next weekend visiting her family. So now we'll have an outing to the Meadowlands with them...

Yeah, I had the game up on my computer and my girlfriend (normally not a big fan) was watching intently and cheering for RBNY because she knew it would mean a trip to NYC for the weekend :D

I hope DC sends 3 or 4 busses of supporters to this game..... nothing beats a playoff derby in terms of traveling fan support.
