Hey guys, im new here. I just bought a pair of Copa Mundials for the first time. They fit perfectly in the store. Yesterday was the first tiem I played in them and they stretched dramaticly. I knew about the stretching qualities of kangaroo leather so I bought them half a size smaller. I've used k-leather soccer shoes before but none were as soft as Copas and none stretched like that. Basicly my foot is swimming inside the shoe and that takes away from my stability. For the last hour of playing I was moving very cautiosly because I was afraid to make a sudden move and twist my ankle.
So here's the question - what do I do to shrink them, and is there a way to prevent them to over stretch like that in the future?

PS: I've heard about wetting and drying them with hot air but im afraid to crack the leather and rip the shoes.

Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thx!
