I really like these and theres some kind of michilin tire technology you can see on the white ones.

WOW, you seriously just beat me to it! I have the pictures open on my computer right now and I was just searching to see if there were any threads I could post them in...and then I see you just posted this!

The X boots certainly seems to have changed! I really liked the first prototype, and I actually don't even mind the latest prototype. That technology certainly seems different and weird...so it has to do something!

I found them yesterday and finally got round to posting them. I like the latest prototype too. I also like the no tongue idea of the second one.

Oh my gosh! Those look amazing! Every time I look at them i like them more. Have you heard when they come out.

Yeah, the black is easily my favourite! And just look at all the leather on that boot...is there even any synthetic or plastic (ignoring the special grip and heel counter)? The Michelin sign doesn't even bother me that much.

Not pretty but it'll certainly turn heads.

Is it just me or does the whole boot look like a sort of funky Mercurial Talaria with weird studs and a massive tongue?

If you look at the final design of the boots (in white in the first post) you can see that on the tongue the elastic strap has been tucked under. I supose that is how they'll do it.

The new Umbro range of boots are availble on justsocca.com. They've actually also revamped their site.

All new umbros available on soccer.com. I have to say, i like the x100 line with not foldover tongue. The black ones are nice, and since umbros x-boot line are my favorite boots, if i can ever get rid of some of my boots, i just might consider picking up a pair...just because...

Yeah soccer.com has the black/white, white/blue, white/green, and silver/black/red xboots. All are class!

I saw these white/red ones in this A league game but not at any shops yet
