I was watching the Cowboys-Eagles game earlier and saw a 30 second commercial on FSC advertising the EPL on the channel.
This is great exposure for the channel.
Did anyone else see it?

I saw it. I have Dish Network, my first thought was "hooray! They are finally adding Setanta!" Oh well, screw me.

Yeah it would be nice if they added Setanta, but I'm seeing something bigger here.
Maybe I'm wrong, I'm no expert on the subject, but getting airtime on a nationwide broadcast that has millions watching, just might help FSC out in the viewers/money department.
More money=More games on FSC

they unveiled FSC in big fashion during the super bowl with their famous 1200 live games claim. I can't think of something higher profile. and to tell you the truth, in my opinion it's been downhill since then. They need to advertise FSC to soccer fans, not to football fans.
(I am sure every soccer fan in the country already knows about it... they're as popular as they are ever gonna be, advertising or no)

You would be surprised about how many fans out there that have no clue about FSC. Also they are fishing for new converts. I had a coworker from Madrid Spain (He had lived in the US for over twenty years.) When I caught him checking scores at work I asked him if he had watch the last weeks game on golTV. He did not know what I was talking about. He had Dish Network and already subscribed to the needed package. He just did not watch TV that much.

As the above poster said, FSC is not a well known among soccer fans as it should be. I know tons of people that never even heard about it but know everything about the champions league and epl.

Nope I went months without knowing I had it. I got it a year ago from digital cable, at that time it was MLS/USL season, and at the time I wasn't interested in US leagues.
It wasn't until November that I saw an EPL game on by chance, and that is when I started watching FSC hardcore.
