Some English passing is woeful.
Some is great.

Give me a game like this any day of the week, rather than that Liechtenstein cr@p.

England corner

and the police having trouble with England supporters in the stands? sheesh

England desperately need to win this one. And from the sounds of things so far it could go either way.

I fully expect Turkey to win this one.
A damn good side. Plenty of skill, and we're off the boil, decidedly so.

Watching it on Tv and no trouble mentioned (in the stands).

the radio guys haven't mentioned it since and probably didn't know what was going on anyways.

Arrrgggh!

Cracking pass, cross field by Rooney to Gerrard, cross a little high and hard but Owen couldn't get it.

and ARRRGGGH again!!!!

Close again but Owen looked offside, no flag though.

Twice in 30 seconds.

Might change the commentary on the TV, to radio 5. Always prefer radio commentary and can't stand John Motson sometimes.

Rooney had a blinder of a last 15 mins.

Half time. 0-0

Fun first half to watch. Beckham better control his actions, or he may get sent off.

England pushing at the start of second half.

It is live on the BBC web site (radio) and there hasn't been any goals. April Fools day was yesterday.

Sorry Kop, I started to post something about his prowess in La Liga and hit send accidentally.

IS the reason Okan is coming off becuase he's injured? He and Emre can't get injured in this one, they have three extremely important games to play for Inter: vs. Roma, vs. Valencia, vs. Milan!

The "lacking passion" jibes the team has been getting is probably partly to blame...
