MLS is like watching Duke play football. I can barely stand it.

Once you get past the refs playing 52-card pick-up, the weird playoff format (The quarterfinal round is two legs with no away-goals rule, and then it's a one-leg knockout for the semis? Please.) and the general comparative talent inferiority of a lot of the players, it's not so bad. :D

I've finally made up my mind on which MLS team to support, after watching almost every MLS team this year courtesy of the soccer bastion known as FSC. Not like I advertised that I was looking or anything, but I felt obliged to say something.
Is that a shot at me or something? :p

Of course. Everything I post is a shot at you in some way, shape, or form. ;) :D
Nah, I was conducting a less public investigation and simply revealed my findings, or something.

Duke played pretty well against Miami...almost won.

I should've written a Bill Simmons-esque column on my MLS club search. Then I could truly become the plastic Dynamo fan. :D
Nah, I was leaning that way from the get-go, but the way they played in the tie against fake Chivas clinched it for me. A lot like Newcastle, Houston are, except they're actually playing well right now.

Nah, it would have to be 'Houston, a lot like Newcastle, are.'
Of Yoda-speak, I, a quasi-master am. :D

I got FM07 yesterday and you know it's really realistic. We suck. I became manager with the intention of buying 2 new fullbacks....only to find my transfer fund at 300k. :(

Although FIFA 07 isn't as realistic as FM07, I still can't buy a new CB. Upson and Distin both rejected me. Maybe in the winter...

Wait...where was the goalie?
He'd fallen down close to edge of the area...for some strange reason.

On that Mourinho +10 show on GolTV, Dyer's team color is pink. For some reason I find it both fitting and amusing.

Damn, that blows man. :(
Just remember, Brodie Croyle's had three (I think? I know of at least two..) separate knee ligament tears and he's still not doing too bad, so all's not lost. Keep your head up.
