I take it that's where you learned?
Da. The prof there, assuming she doesn't have TAs doing her lectures now, is a bit old school but awesome nonetheless.

I'll consider it. I've got 2 years. I'm hoping the one I linked about is decent. FBI and CIA use it so it has to do something right. If it was like subliminal I would love that. :D The reviews on there are quite good too.

There's nothing categorically wrong with learning from a computer-type resource, be it Rosetta Stone or another, but I find it's more useful to learn from a native speaker. The main reason for this is that a lot of the tutorial-oriented programs teach you all the words and the conjugations and whatnot, but a native speaker will teach you the conversational language. They'll actually teach you what you'll need to know when talking to the average person who speaks the language you're trying to learn.

I agree, that's why I'm pretty decent at Spanish. However, I kind of need to learn soon and don't have the time to learn from a native speaker. I can get help from them anytime I need it though.
Btw, did the pictures come up fine for you? One of my friends said they were taking a long time to load.

Might see if you can get in on her summer study in Romania. She does one every year, as I recall, and it's not limited to Arizona State students but I don't know if graduating HS students are allowed or what the protocol is. They do a course at the university in Cluj Napoca, and then do a little touring and whatnot on the back end, as I recall.
And the pictures took a little while to load for me.

Wow, that sounds nice. You didn't go with her though right? You went with like a Church group?
And I'm working on getting the pics re-sized. But they did load in full correct?

I went on a summer mission when I was at Azusa Pacific (freshman year of college). I only went to ASU my junior and senior years.
And yes, they were fine, they just took a little bit to load. That's probably more to do with my internet connection than anything else, though.

Haha I can only identify 3. :D
The first picture is Cosmin Contra. The guy on the far right in 2nd is Paul Codrea I believe, and the 3rd is of course the one and only Adi Mutu!!

Haha. I got two then, I thought the first one might be Contra but I couldn't be sure.

To continue the airport theme, Schonefeld is dreadful. Avoid at all costs.

Is anybody here doing an MLS fantasy league?

I thought about it, but I don't pay a whole lot of attention until the EPL is over. I only started paying closer attention so early this year because of Houston's involvement in the CCC, but I suppose I might be game if someone else wanted to start a league...maybe.

My buddy is on the cover of people magazine. I guess it's time to figure out my role in the Blake Lewis entourage. :D I hope he let's me do the loan for his first house in Beverly Hills.

I saw that, he's looking a little feminine though. :D
