Agree. I don't think BvM deserves some of the blame he's being thrown, but he's not "blameless".
I think people are starting to get it, but I was just sitting here trying to figure out how we allowed "HeyaBVB" to turn this from a BvM thread to an Amoroso thread! LOL!! :D

They didn't cry for him in this thread. The only person who mentioned Amoroso in this thread was ME and I sure as hell didn't ask for him back!
Don't bring that BS to this thread.

I hope Amoroso never comes back to the Bundesliga, never mind Borussia Dortmund.

One was available on a free transfer this summer. Sergej Barbarez. I would have snapped him up. Even if it meant not getting Valdez or Frei or looking to sell Smolarek.
yup...Barbarez played extremely well in clutch when van der vaart went down....
it seemed like every game they won was 1-0 and Barbarez nabbed it....

Exactly the type of player we're missing.
On another note, I'll bet you're happy to see Ebi back on track. I know I am!

At the Westline.de site, there's a story that has Watzke denying there's any "dispute" between he and BvM.
For those of you on our e-mail list, the translated story is there.

But the most important points (imho):
- BvM is not liked by the media, as he says openly what he thinks
- BvM made the players have fun again
- The press is searching for weaknesses and make em looking worse than they are (e.g. the Article keith meant .. the Crisis Meeting was just a talk)
- BVB Heads have to stay together and not give the press any points to attack the team or the coach
- They have to give BvM 100% trust internal and external
- The author seems to be pissed that the pressure is rising too fast again , and that some fans didn't learn from the past, when growing too fast, too risky almost ruined the club and the fans were part of that as success was the only thing they wanted
- he also says that Herne Ost made the greatest mistake by dumping Rangnick and we shouldn't do the same
- he says what I said ... the team has to find each other ... especially Tinga and Pienaar are new players on critical positions. when they fully fit into the team ... the goals will come. He clearly says Frei, Tinga, Pienaar and Valdez are great additions to the team ..
- he also blames that Kehl is missing, and Odonkor ... and that saying every mistake is the coaches fault is short sightend and a sign of wanting too much again.
- now he comes to the part where he finds some blame to BvM
- the team isn't playing his tactics .. and he should do something bout it
- Wörns .... he is critisizing too much, too loud, too public ... BvM should show him who is the boss
- BvM puts to much trust in the team and is too nice sometimes ...
- the author says that any player should instead of critisizing the fitness methods , working on themselves AFTER
training, cause the last years our team always was one of the fittest and so the author asks if the players
betray BvMs trust by not doing more than necessary
- Also said that the gameplan for the first league atm sux cause NO team has time to find each other .. too much
Cup and Nationalgames atm.
- last but not least the author says that BvM needs to find a sollution , BUT we never should forget that he was l
was loyal to the club in its darkest days.. he made a fine job by now and we never should forget that
- The way back to the top is a hard way ... a few weeks ago we all accepted that, now using the emergency break
and blame the guilt to the driver (coach) is the wrongest thing we can do.
I totally agree with the author because its almost what I said before, except for the gamepkan etc. BvM made some mistakes (including being a nice guy) but the team itself is in a phase of rebuilding. It helped and helps no one to fire BvM ,.... also it was too early to call for UEFA cup space (by all who did. I also blame guys like Wörns, who critisized his coach and his teammates public more than once. And BvM really should take the gloves off. We miss key players(Kehl, Metze), some key players are not showing their potential atm (Kringe, Degen (2nd Half of last season), and others have to be replaced (Rosicky- Pienaar , Koller - Frei) or are completely new players (Valdez, Tinga)

Instead of suggesting he "might be", why not just ask him if there will be an English translation there??? :o
