BBC Preview (http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/eng_prem/5373484.stm)

I don't see how we're going to get anything out of this game. Granted, Manyoo have been getting progressively worse in the league, capped off by the loss to Assnal at OT and subsequent draw at promoted Reading, but I just don't think we can manage a draw. I'd be thrilled if we get anything at all.

Then again, Babayaro and Bramble are both suspended, which I reckon is actually -good- news for us. Maybe Martins can continue his fine form and give that back line some fits.

I'll say 241-4 Toon. Martins witha treble and Milner and Duff with 22 overs each...

wait a sec wrong sport..

sorry, must insert humor in the face of a grim reality.

I don't even want to watch this match. Every time we go to old trafford I'm sick for a week after it.

It's on Setanta in the US for anyone who has it. I have to go to a coaching certification at 12:00 on Sunday, if it's level or we are up at half, I'll be late I'm sure.

I have a pub crawl I can go to in the afternoon where every bar on the crawl serves the Broon to drown my sorrows. (I will be wearing my older jersey with the Broon logo on it.)

Then again the The Twins are doing well so it'll all balance out.

In any case: Haway the Lads!!

The famous Man United went to Rome to see the Pope,
and this is what he said, "F*CK OFF",
Who the f*ck are Man. United,
Who the f*ck are Man. United,
Who the f*ck are Man. United,
as the mags go marching on on on.:D

Ole scores from roughly the same area as the penalty spot.

11 shots for Manu

1 for Newc.

4-5-1 is useless against ManU. Ameobi is a plodding target forward. No one in the midfield is man-marking Ronaldo (which is the whole point of the 4-5-1, shut down ManU midfield). Whilst Rooney and Ole aren't getting service, it was a long shot from Fletcher which bounced off the post, a long shot from an unmarked Ronaldo off a corner which bounced off the post and settled right in front of Ole for the put back. Harper has come off his line about 3 or 4 times, looking shakey but getting the play done. He had a stellar save off a Vidic header. ManU should be up by 4-0, by all rights. We had one chance. After a fair bit of sustained pressure by ManU, Milner broke free and took a weak shot straight at VDS.

My changes... Zoggy in for Milner, switch duff to left. Butt out, Martins in. We need pace to counter Fletcher and Ronaldo.

Thx,

Jay!

And I called it. Zogs in for Milner, Duff to the right.

And Heinze came out in the first half for Evra, for those of you scoring at home.

Thx,

Jay!
