Currently Rafa's rotation policy has come under some scrutiny. Some self appointed experts have deemed it a negative strategy that is detrimental to Liverpool's consistency in the League.

Take a look at this link

It demonstrates how the last 10 years Premiership champions have used rotation extensively. Strange how these teams and managers are not criticised for rotation. It is successful and it works.

Any thoughts?

I'm not so much against rotation as I am about starting a wrong formation or not making the neccessary changes as the game progresses.

For example today's game, our left side looked piss poor and was constantly exposed play after the play. Sabri had tons of space because Aurelio rarely tracked back. Naturally it was hard for Agger to make up for that inefficiency and it also left room in the center to cross. As if the first goal wasn't alarming enough, Rafa didn't make the neccessary changes.

However, I do understand Benitez's confidence and trust in players. It's nice of him to try and let everyone play. He especially likes to give his new guys time....and plenty of it. But sometimes that comes at a price.

But hey, can't argue with 4 trophies in two years.

I am against rotating strikers to death as we are known to do...pick two and stick to them and change around when they need rest or are injured...
