"MOSCOW, March 31 (Reuters) - Russia have asked UEFA to shift their Euro 2004 qualifier against Georgia to a neutral venue following crowd violence during a match in Tbilisi over the weekend, a top soccer official said on Monday."

Russia is supposed to play in Tblisi on April 30th.

At the very least, UEFA should force Georgia to play a game without any fans because of the incidents during the Ireland match.

Absolutely. As was said on another thread, if England fans had behaved like that in a stadium we'd have been banned quicker than you can say "UEFA persecution' :D
