Portsmouth aren't that good, they haven't played a decent side yet.

I'd rather lose to Pompey. We have UEFA and league matches and at this point who needs the carling cup. We don't have nearly enough depth to cover those two in the first place.

We haven't won a trophy in 52 years, we're not exactly in a position to be picky at where and when we make a run for silverware.
