Its right outside my window, what a f'ing mess - the streets are crowded with traffic and police are blocking from 17 down on Market to cars - people the rest of the way.

Here's the view from 1700 Market - notice the streets closed off by police - 10 minutes ago the look down the street showed people all over City Hall

Jade, you know the really funny part? The explosion happened in an alley...little Ranstead St...
No word on Hmong children that may have been playing soccer.
