In my opinion, the most disappointing has got to be Shevchenko. We're nearly six weeks in and what has he done? Nothing. Most surprising? I'm going to go with Sol. A lot of people wrote him off and he's been proving that he's still a world class defender who deserves the England call up.

if you are going to pick on Chelsea, at least go with Ballack. Sheva has not been scoring, but ffs, it's been 5 games in a whole different league. Jeez, some people have no patience.

Most disappointing: Sheva (but I think he'll come good)
Most surprising: Bobby Zamora
Quite unbelievable: Portsmouth's start to the season!

Disappointment: Rafa Bentiez (as much as I like him he brought too many players that he does't need and that is showing at the moment) or West Ham
Suprise: Reading

I'm not sure he even talks the talk. He doesn't sound like the manager of a team that has lost in his post game interviews. He sounds more like a casual viewer. It doesn't seem like he has any urgency in starting to get points.

Nope, your right.
He is a third division manager thinking he is good enough in the Premiership.
