Good to see him back on the field after his injury woes last year.

Whats the Toon opinion on Mr Moore? As an Aussie I like to see them go well at big clubs, and am hoping he's won a few people over.

Comments?

It's not saying all that much, but he's been our most consistent centre-back this season when healthy.

thats good to hear- how much longer is he contracted for?

this season and next? I do know he wants to finish his career back here in Australia, but while he's still capable of top level defending he might as well stay there.

According to the Newcastle Evening Chronicle....

"Craig Moore has already indicated that he will retire at the end of the season and return to Australia."

Bloke missed a Socceroo event and official training session for the Paraguay game after sleeping in (reportedly) and missing his flight. Anyway to cut a long story short, he has received a suspension from football Australia and is reportedly on a plane back to England!

Good, whats the point of him pissing around in Oz for some pointless friendly.

Because after making it to the World Cup, they think they are now a soccer power (a reference to USA?)

All he'll do is get hurt anyways and I hope Parker doesn't set foot on the pitch for England as well.

There was one pointless friendly, but also a Asian Cup Qualifier, which isn't pointless.

The game is still important to help our seeding in the Cup.
