This game might be harder than it sounds like it would be for the Chivas. Queretaro has been playing good (or maybe theyve managed to catch teams like Cruz Azul and Monterrey at bad times) these past three games. I dont know much about them, as i havent seen many of their games, but it seems to me that their most dangerous player is the Argentine forward theyve got. In light of Chivas' dominance of Necaxa on Saturday, im confident that Chivas will be able to win this match.

It is going to be an entertaining and exciting game. Gallos blancos has demonstrated good football in many of their games. Our Chivas will be ready to launch their vigorous and constant offense to breakdown Queretaro's defense and pave the way to victory. Historically, Chivas has defeated Queretaro three out of four matches. We must especially win this condrontation because our rival is in our group.

Our central defense must be focused to repel the advances of Mateo Figoli, Mauro Gerk, and Roberto Nurse. I expect to see continuity of the good work that Maza and Magallon have performed in the past five games. Diego and Moncho will attack the flanks and Bofo's talent will be vital in the central advance. Bravo and Medina with their outstanding speed will be like panzers breaking through the opposing defense. Oswaldo as always will be prepared to manifest his world class and el Pato will be stealing balls from his foes. I want el Chato to prove that he deserves to be in the starting lineup of the greatest and most beloved team of Mexico. If he does not do this, Pineda and Sol are ready for the great calling.

Vamos Chivas! Derrota a Gallos Blancos Como Derrotaste a Necaxa!

Everytime i read one of your posts about the Chivas i feel like im reading propaganda with the words "repel, rigouruous, pave the way to victory, panzer" etc. :D

Im hoping your right though, they need to get on the ball. In any other group 11 points would be good at this point, but it wont do for the one Chivas is in now and they need to start playing with a sense of urgency.

Ha! Ha! Ha! Your comment is hillarious. Thank you for making me laugh. After a difficult day at work, your witty statement has refreshed me. Are you being sarcastic? What I understand (please correct me if I am wrong) you are saying is that I use extravagant and colorful words in my posts to describe our beloved team. I do not believe you are accusing me of propaganda in the full intention of the word. If the above is correct, you are right. What I attempt to do is write in a way that hypes up the game and excites the fans.

You are right that Chivas must reap more victories to be in a good position in their group. Group 1 is very competitive. If Guadalajara performs their good football and concretize thier goal opportunities, Chivas will defeat Queretaro.

My possible lineup is:

--------------------Oswaldo-----------------------
----------Maza-----Reynoso-----Magallon----------
--Martinez--------------------------------Morales--
-------------Araujo------------Pineda--------------
------------------------Bofo-----------------------
-------------Medina----------------Bravo----------

The Complete Roster
Oswaldo Sánchez – Alfredo Talavera
Jonny Magallón – Francisco J. Rodríguez
Omar Esparza – Héctor Reynoso
Juan P. Rodríguez – Diego Martínez
Ramón Morales – Sergio "Pituffo" Ávila
Adolfo Bautista – Patricio Araujo
Omar Bravo – Alberto Medina
Gonzalo Pineda – Manuel Sol
Sergio Santana – Edgar Mejía

Injured
Edwin Borboa (2 months out)
Javier "Chicharito" Hernandez (10 days out)

No sarcasm intended, i just think its kind of funny how you use some words in describing the Chivas. But i dont mind it, adds some spark to the thread.

Hernandez is out? Only played a few minutes and he injured to manage himself? Thats like a field goal kicker knocking in the field goal and then hurting himself while he celebrates. But it happens i guess.

when he scored a player of necaxa was late on the play so he received a foul after scoring the goal and seemed to be limping after that, so my guess is he got injured just a second after scoring.

I need to spell check before i post: "he injured to manage himself" reads like Hulk was posting. Ten days isnt bad though, and its not like the Chivas will be missing out on a star player. Hopefully he does turn out well though, it would be nice to have youngster that can put the ball in the back of the net. Both for Chivas and the national team.

Estos equipos madreados siempre se le indigestan al Guadalajara. They will have problems beating their 5 men defensive line...

I'm gonna have to agree with whoever said Margarito looks like Santana...

Omar has looked really clumsy with the ball... That goal was pure luck as he didn't appear to strike it cleanly. Of course the field looks wetter than anything experienced in Jalisco.

The result is what matters nonetheless.

********ing A. Just as I typed Queretaro came close with a corner.

Ayyyyyy gueyyyyyy.

I didnt get to watch, i was at work. But they tied. That doesnt help us much. But to Queretaros credit they have been playing good in the last four games, better than the Chivas have if you go by points recieved within those last four. Disappointing game though, Chivas wont get anywhere this season if all they do is tie games.
