Newcastle United midfielder Kieron Dyer could be back in action later this month. (http://www.premierleague.com/fapl.rac?command=setSelectedId&nextPage=enNewsLatest&id=1389194&type=com.fapl.website.news.NewsItem&categoryCode=NewsLatestFAPremierLeagueNews)

The 27-year-old England international is expected to return to training on September 18 after a lengthy struggle against the hamstring problems which have blighted his career.

Dyer’s problems have been exacerbated by his medication for a congenital condition which makes him vulnerable to hamstring problems.I say if he makes it back, let's give him a pay raise.

Thx,

Jay!

The cynic in me says i play for the toon before Dyer does.My inner cynic says he's more likely to give birth than come back this particular time. My inner optimist says it's high time he start to earn his 80 grand, though his chicken legs are thinner than my nan's.

No place for him in midfield. He'll be much more useful upfront.

Hopefully he can stay healthy. Good Luck to him. I think we are going to need him.

Can he play rightback, centerback or striker? If yes, then welcome back Kieron...

Hopefully he can recuperate well and return to his regular game, because believe me if he can get back to how he used to play i am sure that he will get called up to the NT.

I hereby set the over/under at 2.5 games before a recurrence.

Making a pool on the number of games Kieron plays before injuring himself seems like an evil thing to do...

So, who's up for it? We could start a thread and give our number (in minutes, not games) he'll play before breaking down.

The winner would gets our admiration while the others once again would regret his latest injury.

Ha Ha we're a bitter bunch. I say 3 games before he's back on the treatment table.
