I have been trying to contact the club to resolve a ticketing problem I won't bother with the details. I found making contact with anyone at West Ham impossible. The customer service line never answers, the ticket office does not reply to e-mails and the people at the regular ticketing telephone service are powerless to do anything but book sales.

Is this a big time professional operation or an organization decades behind the times?

Email alisonl@westhamunited.co.uk with your concerns, and you will receive a reply.

hi Claret; I tried to send an email to alison@westhamunited .co.uk after I saw your post, and it's been returned undeliverable! Something's wrong somewhere.

I finally received a confirmation of my ticket order for the Palermo match on the 20th, only six days after the match. The concierge at my hotel told me he had been a season ticket holder last season but did not renew as he could never communicate with the club. In contrast Charlton was responsive & friendly.
