Anyone have any ideas of anything simple that we could to for the last 2 home games that we normally don't do? Ya know, hire some streakers to run out on the field and hug the ref. Or all make a point of wearing our OLD Rapids t-shirts or jerseys to one game.

Or maybe something we can do to let them know we'd like to see the C-Firm situation at the new stadium resolved?

On a different note, has anyone heard if they are going to do fireworks for the last game?
It makes me wonder what kind of send off the FO has planned for Invesco.
They can't go out on a whimper.

Can they get the cheerleaders to streak the tailgaiting before the game?

You would, of course, be referring to the female cheerleaders.

Someone should bring streamers, confetti, and smoke bombs....really cause some "trouble" by throwing them out on the field after we score. The pictures of the LA v Chivas USA games are awesome, there is confetti paper covering the field and streamers stuck in the net....really makes for an environment (this idea might be better suited for next year in our more intimate setting)!

Also, when I was in Europe (specifically watching an Eintracht Frankfurt game in the Bundesliga) there seemed to be one member of the supporters section that had his back to the game and faced the supporters section for the entire match. This leader of the supporters section had a bullhorn, and came up with appropriate and comical cheers that he lead the supporters section in. The chants were powerful and infectious...soon most of the stadium was singing/chanting. One of my favorite was when the would shout "I'm for Frankfurt" (then everyone in the section would point to the section sitting immediately to their left or right) that section would respond with shouting "Eintracht Frankfurt." Maybe one of you should show up with a bullhorn and try to lead the section in some cheers...maybeing even engaging the Class VI supporters.....If that doesn't work, the stadium is usually quiet enough that you could call out FC on some of his coaching decisions in public!

Just a thought.....

Section 8 in Chicago has a leader like that. We used to in Welman, but the dumb CSC people made life tough enough for his gang that they don't come as often.

So he likes pumping up large crowds but doesn't like soccer?

I was at the game last night and thought I saw a hint of a smoke bomb near the player tunnel. Anyone get in trouble?

...not for a lack of trying! There was a post in the "...vs. LA" thread that implied that all the extra CSC 'attention' that folks have been discussing in the "...vs. Fire" thread might be due to them reading THIS thread (follow all that?)? Any thoughts on that?

G'Day...Ron
