Crouchie scores 2 and could easily have had three. That gives him 10 goals in 13 games for Engerland. Stevie G made one for Dafoe, and scored an unstoppable rocket of his own, He was the best player on the pitch by yards.
Finnan was Ok as Ireland did well losing 1-0 to Germany. Ireland never really looked like scoring and lost on a own goal.
Sami played well as Finland beat Poland -- with Jerzy giving up three, although one was a penalty and another was a one on one from 10 yards.
Didn't see the Wales game or Holland but neither Bellamy nor Kuijt scored.
missed the Spain game too but Xabi went 90 minutes and Luis Garcia came on and got the last goal in a 4-0 win over Lichtenstein

I think Finnan played on the left against Germany.
Stevie was simply amazing for England...I've been waiting for his Liverpool form to surface for the NT and my goodness did it show up...he was the engine of the team. I'm really happy how Crouch keeps scoring and keeps starting over players like Bent and AJ.

Just watched the highlights on 5live video. Some shadowy fuzzy red blobs were moving around with some fuzzy white blobs while the comms were saying what wonderful goals the fuzzy white blobs had scored. Never did see the fuzzy balls. (No comments on my girth please!)
Nice to "see" goals coming for a guy who didn't/couldn't score for us until his 21st match......!!!

I only saw the first half of the Wales v. Czech Rep match. Wales was very game, but their midfield did not give Bellamy many chances. Giggs played the other forward, but not very forward.

Kuijt had a good game, by most accounts (http://www.uefa.com/Competitions/EURO/FixturesResults/Round=2241/match=83664/report=RP.html), but was denied by inspired goalkeeping (where have I heard that one before ;) ).
Bellamy, as has been reported could and ought to have done better. Hope he quickly gets his confidence back.
Of the Spain players, LB has already told us.

Crouchie does it again for England. Another goal and the lone one in a 1-0 victory over Macedonia in World Cup qualifying. That makes 11 in 14 appearances.

Danny Agger played the full 90 for Denmark in their 2-0 win on Iceland. Didn't do anything special and had a pretty uneventful evening too.

Just as I loaded the Setana program on the office computer, I saw Sammi scrape a header just by the post in the Finland match. Jari was still out running around as well.

Shocking to see Spain lose to N. Ireland. No one's ever done that... oh wait...
