Nicol to decide on Abundis (http://www.soccernewengland.com/articles/view_article.php?id=1605)
By Andrew Hush, Soccer New England
"Revolution coach, Steve Nicol, said on Thursday that he will use the next few days to decide whether or not to offer Mexican trialist, Jose Manuel Abundis, a contract for the remainder of the season."
Question here is how much time does Nicol have? Can this guy get his papers in order for him to actually join the team and contribute? We have seen in that past that this could take weeks. Only a few games left in the season. 3 points this weekend may help extend the season but Nicol needs to crap or get off the pot.

I'm sure this has been mentioned somewhere already, but a two page photo of Doug Warren knocking over Calen Carr in the US Open Cup is featured in the "zoom" section of the latest ESPN Magazine.
