I've loved them since '72 and so has my wife (okay, bad Monty Python impression) but I have loved them since that "Stoke City" marathon.

Decided during the offseason I should choose an EPL team to support. Picked West Ham, and feeling pretty good about it.

Seriously, I will be watching West Ham this season as much as I can. I only caught them a couple of times on Fox last season, but I thought they played some attractive football. I watched the Liverpool match (meaning the FA cup, not last Saturday's) and they were awesome, they should have won. I like Yossi's game a lot. Add Tevez and Mascherano to the mix, and I look forward to some really great football.

As far as my EPL loyalties, I used to sympathize with Spurs, because of their history, with Ardiles. But hell, I can betray them, it wasn't a deep seated loyalty. Now I'm sold on West Ham. Go Hammers!!!
