Tevez' personal website is the source for the story.
And in actual fact it makes a lot of sense given previous reports that the company which owns the rights to both players have been wanting to get them into England in order to realise their value through making them attractive to big offers by initially placing them with ambitious, stable clubs (Portsmouth have also been linked) on a season's loan, the aim being to get massivev offers from United or Chelsea in 12 months' time.
