Hopefully this will be a minor inconvience.

Maybe he's already spent too much time with Bikey...
Anyway, hopefully nothing much comes of this. Lita is vital to the team.

Isn't this his second bar-room brawl? Last year, didn't he miss a game or two after someone give him stitches while he was out in bristol? he couldn't head, right?
Now, he may simply find himself being provoked whenever he goes back to see the old crowd, but if he's going to have a career in the prem, he might want to start ordering in, and avoiding the old haunts where folks pick fights with him.

As a new Reading fan I wasn't aware of that. Thanks for the history, and I think you are right.

An article talking about the last time, which was in February.

Consider that he's young (21) and this is his second time having a bar incident, I think it's time for Steve Coppell to talk to him. Either you straighten yourself up now or else there's going to be consequences later on and you won't find yourself on the pitch nor on the bench for that matter.
I hope this will be the last incident for him.

Looks like Coppell is going to have that talk with him. What do you think? Will he sit him for 1 game, 2, more?

1 or 2 games at best for me. By the time the international break is over, Kitson IIRC should be fit for Reading's next game to replace Lita. So up front it could be Doyle and Kitson or Long.

These charges were dropped, so Coppell's cautious approach is vindicated.
