This thread is dedicated for those Mexican players we never heard of and that are currently playing abroad.

I found a pix of this guy and he played with the spain team Gijon industrial in 2002 but i am not sure if he is still there, he is a defender.

Martin Perez plays in the second team of the Ourense, the Ourense "B".

And the Ourense B plays in the 3rd division.

Being this way the divisions in spain

1 Division
2 Division
2 B
3era <---- In this division is where Martin plays.

Mods, how about we merge some of these threads and call it the "Mexicans abroad in lower divisions and inferior leagues."

What say you?

He hasn't accomplished much with the national team, but i've always thought he was a solid club player. I hope he does well.

This is some great news!
I'm glad that other teams around the world are starting to buy Mexican players that aren't stars, just like its done with Brazil and Argentina:)

Good for him, one more player in Europe even if he's heading into his last years of his career.

And it looks like he will be playing UEFA Cup since Xanthi finished 4th in the league.
