It's offical:

the home of Class VI in the new stadium will be Section 108 - which is a VIP section for the Premium Price Level.

That means Full season tickets (18 Games) will be discounted from $540 a seat to $450 a seat.
Half Season tickets (9 games) will be discounted from $279 a seat to $234 a seat. That's $5 a game off!

Remember too that parking at the new stadium is Free for everyone.

Single game ticket prices still have not been set - but I can pretty much assure you that you'll save money buy committing to one form of season ticket. If you only see 5 games a year with one other person - you'll save money buy getting ONE half season ticket. Because remember, season tickets are FULLY exchangable. So if you have a half season ticket (9 games) you could go alone to any nine games during the year - or you could take 8 friends to a single game!

And the reason Jeff Plush is willing to offer this discount is because we've show him there is a demand for the Class VI section - so by commiting to some form of season ticket - you are helping Class VI and in turn helping yourself.

One final note - I find that paying for a season ticket is difficult with my finances - so I make montly credit card payments so that the cost is spread out more. Meaning for my two season ticket, I always pay $100 month to lessen the finacial blow - and I know Marcus is very willing to do this. If you're interested in this approach - let them know.

If you're interested in season tickets - contact Marcus at mmyrick@pepsicenter.com.

Just some extra information for you - Current Class VI is has 17 Full Season ticket holders - and 31 half season ticket holders. Not too bad for our first year. The number of Class VI members is nearly 70 now.

If you have ANY questions - let me know. bodmer99@rapidsclassvi.com

I you have been thinking about joining us - the time for thinking is over and the time for action has begun!

Pending a summer study abroad program, you can probably change that half-season membership number to 32 :) Great work with the front office!

I've bumped up my ticket count, just to back our great leader Mr. Mark.

And I'd like to thank Marcus for his work, and the Rapids FO for having some vision here.

In any case, it's going to be a blast, we'll have fantastic seats in a top notch area and already I feel like I'm getting to know the twisted humor of some of our fellow Class VI members!

See everyone tomorrow night to celebrate!

Cheers,

BilFish

I'm one of the half season folks. I'm vacilating betwene that a full for next year. I'd go full season for sure if I knew Kirovski and the $150k+ he makes went somewhere else next year.

How about subsidizing the Rapids supporters season tickets? There should be enough left over for a little thank you bonus for Mark and the other fans who've organized the groups.

We increased our tickets for next year from 3 half season to 4 full season! :) We are ending up using more than 3 full season tickets this year though$$

Thanks Mark & Marcus for taking great care of us!

Sweet to see the Rapids moving into a SSS for 2007. In Utah we have to wait until 2008.

While we haven't done anything yet, we are pretty much planning on upping our 2 half season seats to 4 half- or something like that. The new SSS will add a whole new dimension to the group, I'm sure. As the '07 opening approaches, I'm sure the group will be buzzing with plans for tailgating, flags, etc. Can't wait!

We are excited for you too! Having our rivalry is something that many of us cherish! We'll be there Saturday!
