Folks,
It's come to my attention that the current crop of US soccer magazines aren't floating your boats, so to speak. While I'm not immediately planning to start a new magazine, I do work in the football media industry and feel that if so many of you are not getting what you want from your soccer magazines, then something can be done.
For those of you who have the time (and inclination), I'd be very keen to hear your thoughts on the current offerings – where they go wrong and where they go right. Please go into as much detail as you like.
I'd also like to know what you'd potentially like to see in a new magazine. Obviously, good writing and pictures are a given –**I'm more interested in hearing what kind of articles you'd want to read, and what kind of regulars you'd like to see in every issue? How important is US soccer coverage to you? What would you like the ratio for US to European to South American soccer coverage to be? 30:60:10, respectively? And anything else you want to add...Feel free to send me a private message if you wish.
