So far today I've slept until 9, made breakfast for my girlfriend and kissed her goodbye when she left, went to the coffeeshop for a better wi-fi signal to watch today's match, came and did some work, made a spinach and cheese omelette, took a half hour nap, and made plans to meet for beers after work.
I need to call in sick more often.

30 minute nap? When I nap it is like 2 hours. But when I sleep it is like 2 hours... so maybe that is why? :o

You workshy bastards.
Yesterday I worked from home - I was up at 6:30 for the bub, at my computer by 7:45, still in my Pyjamas and sans breakfast, worked solidly until 11:30 then had to jiggle the baby about whilst the wife went for a run, then a conference call until 14:00, when I finally ate something (still in Pyjamas), back on the computer until 16:30, rush out of the house to my five-a-side game (no longer in Pyjamas), arrive a miraculous 35 minutes later by insane driving through rush-hour traffic, an hour of haring around (a 7-3 win, mind), back home at 18:40, shower, put baby to bed, make dinner, watch England game in pub, come back at 10:30 and do another three hours on the computer before going to bed.
Today, I'm back in the office, describing my day to perfect strangers on the Internet. Office working, needless to say, is a lot easier than homeworking.

The baby really makes it a test of strength and will. Today, it will be my 18mo. old from 3pm-whenever as I struggle to read three books and write three personal responses to those books.

Last week we got away with our little tent trailer to the beach. (an hour away) Got a call monday afternoon while walking with my wife, from clients wanting to put an offer on a $569K house. Went to the office that evening drafted up the papers, had a nice dinner out, got back to camp and a cozy bed about 11.
Tuesday after a good camp breakfast and coffee I went out to clients and sellers got an agreement and had the papers signed around. Back to camp by noon for a walk down by Deception Pass Bridge and an afternoon nap in the sun.
Deal closes next week with enough to pay for our trip to England in October.
Another camping trip is in order next week....:)
I get about 50/50 time between home and office. And no squalling kids.

I envy your life. I haven't seemed to manage the balance between work and rest yet. Although I do more than most people in my position, I am always either hyperdrive or broken-down. :o
