MWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
On a serious note, Jermain Defoe is struggling to be fit for the game tonight.
Jol: "Jermain is a worry as he's bruised his foot. But he's a tough lad and maybe he'll be in the squad. We'll have to wait and see."
Michael Dawson is looking for a good performance after the poor showing at The Reebok:
Dawson: "It was a disappointing result and performance, and we are obviously very low. We just didn't perform on the day. We've got to put it behind us and look to the next game.
"It is hard to think like this at the moment but we've got to get our heads down and work on what we didn't do. Hopefully, we can get back to winning ways. If we win we'll put the Bolton game behind us and work towards it not happening again."
Temmu Tainio is fit for selection, however Ledley King is still missing from the squad.
biggSKIZZ Prediction: 2 - 0 Spurs.

LOL. Its not a violation of the TOS to post a match thread, even if "Colm usually does it". Oh right. Its cos he's a gooner.

I wouls like to see Robbie Keane start this game which i think is likely and also Ziegler or Routledge (if available) which is not likely.
--------Robbo
Lee Dawson Davenport BAE
Lennon Jenas Zokora Ziegler*
------Keane Berbatov
*It will still likely be Davids playing.

ok, i'm gonna say it.
i didn't think anthony gardner was that bad for most of last year.
somehow, i think dawson/gardner could be a more settled central defense than dawson/davenport (and certainly more than last saturday).
go ahead...

Actually I agree. IMO gardner gets a lot of unfair criticism. as a back up to king and dawson i think he is fine - and better than davenport.
Tainio is fit for tonites game so I am hoping he plays in place of davids with keane in for defoe.
I can't wait for this game.
Prediction - 4-1 to spurs; berby(2), keane and lennon.
Come On You Spurs!!

I'm glad Setanta is involved now (obviously I have it!) so no more pay per view! Now I feel a touch of flu coming on so I must, unfortunately, head home from work and take up a position in front of the TV......COYS!

my mate supports Man U, but he is there tonight as his season-ticket-holding director at work has given him his ticket for the night as he has other commitments. he's just texted me and i quote:
"Keane has been different class, and Berbatov's touch is quality"
