impact participate in the open canada cup?

did the montreal impact even participate in the open canada cup? as it looks now the toronto lynx will represent canada in the champions league. are the lynx not the bottom feeders in this usl 2006 season? canada would be far better represented by the impact rather than lynx.

The Lynx will not participate in any CONCACAF competition. The OCC is not sanctionned by the CSA. The Impact has no interest and nothing to win (on top of losing money and maybe players) with the OCC.
