I got my print version of Soccer America yesterday (it's not on their website yet) and it's got a nice article on Steve Nicol, mostly about his time with Liverpool and reflections on the tragedies he witnessed.
The article has some quotes from Paul Keegan - how he was a giant Liverpool (and Nicol) fan and his father took him to see the final match of a championship season, and then later on he got to play with and for Nicol himself with the Bulldogs.
There's also an article with passing Rev interest about some US regional youth teams touring the same area of Brazil that the Revs were training in. The article recounts a couple of times when the kids ran into the Revs and Heaps, Downing and John Murphy did a little clinic and later Moore visited with the kids when they ran into him in a restaurant or something.
Interesting reading in this news "vacuum" ...
