Yeah, that's what happens to you when you're a small buffer province between Brazil and Argentina (both of which are going through an economic meltdown).

Interesting article on Argentina. Hindsight is 20-20, but tying the peso to the US dollar regardless, more than a wee bit risky. I hope the recovery for them is swift and more importantly, stable.
