1/Toulca - Solid Defense and nifty counter attacking style make this team a contender.
2/Atlas - two fast wins in a row, including a smashing defeat of Tecos
3/Cruz Azul - Chelito Delgado. That's all you need.
4/Club America - Sleepy giant. Played ************ and still undefeated. Don't wake the giant, you ain't ready.
5/Chivas - Yes I know a loss and win for this team, but that loss was with a mixed reserve squad. This Chivas team is loaded. 3-1 over Santos. Big things coming?

What is this thread about?
Allrighty, I woke up too early today so mise well...
1/Toluca - Solid Defense and nifty counter attacking style make this team a contender.
Toluca lost Israel Lopez, but got Marioni. The rest of the team is almost unchanged and they have the best coach. I'd bet on them right now.
2/Atlas - two fast wins in a row, including a smashing defeat of TecosAtlas has got big potential, with Caniza holding the fort and an explosive attack. Still, Tecos is almost as worse as Querataro, so meh.
3/Cruz Azul - Chelito Delgado. That's all you need.
It'll be fun to see hoy many kicks he'll take before breaking.
4/Club America - Sleepy giant. Played ************ and still undefeated. Don't wake the giant, you ain't ready.
I'd also like to point out that a 10-million dollar forward line will give you 1 goal each game. That's even worse than Chamagol. Good luck next tournament, after they send the excess players to Necaxa or whatever.
5/Chivas - Yes I know a loss and win for this team, but that loss was with a mixed reserve squad. This Chivas team is loaded. 3-1 over Santos. Big things coming?
Whatever. It all depends on Vergara's prizes for the players this time around.
I strongly believe on a Tigres win over Monterrey this time around, in the 1st semifinal. One can only hope!

What is this thread about?
Ranking the teamless with a bit more opinion than stat, based on more recent results, but still it's not about totally disregarding the standings.
It's open to everyone making their own.

Monterrey will probably be up there, but Lavolpistas never win titles.

Estas o te haces? The Tigres won't beat MTY, especially at Tec. Maybe Tigres should look at some MTY vs. Pachuca game footage to learn how to beat Pachuca. Pinches Titeres culeros

What at typo.
Let me try again, I ranked the teams with a bit more opinion than stat, based on recent results. That's not concrete either, but it's a base. I won't disregard the standings, but it's not the only way to rank.
carry on.

1. Toluca Great D, Great coach.
2. Chivas This might be the year. Of course I'm biased. What else can I say?;)
3. Monterrey Good offense. Need to polish up their D. Not sure if they will stay in top 5.
4. Atlas Y ARRIBA JALISCOOO!!!! These guys are playing the best but I don't know if they can keep it up.
5. Cruz Azul These dicks ********ed up my jornada 2 prediction by scoring a gol in the last minute. Better not repeat.
6. Jaguares Will they continue to get the job done?
7. Club America Been fortunate to stay undefeated thus far. When is Temoc coming back? I think he's needed to created some scoring opportunities.

out of those 7, the only ones i wouldnt mind taking the title are monterrey, atlas, cruz azul, and of course, chivas.
america has the best team (on paper) this season, but we'll have to see if they can do what is really expected of them. i dont think jaguares streak will last long, but you never know.
and if chivas keep on playing consistently well, this could be the season.
speaking of other teams, i could really see ojitos getting the boot real soon, along with Chava Reyes.
Veracruz could be the black horse of the season, too.

the champion is going to be hands down Toluca thats a given just look at the coach.. and getting marioni wasnt a stupid idea hes going to get tired of scoring for toluca so much..
now i say behind toluca maybe chivas or america because no matter wat you can say about these teams if they want they will wake up and tear u apart.
fourth cruz azul great team but still cant manage to beat america or toluca in recent games im not sure about chivas statistics but yea..
and fifth will be the surprise cant tell yet im thinking somewhere along the lines of monterrey cuz atlas probably wont keep their level up but then again u never know so i guess those are my six but thats just my thinking

J/3 POWER RANKINGS!
1/Toluca - Still the king. Goals against zero. Looking tough. Yeah it was just Los Gallos Blancos.
2/Atlas - Guardado came with his best game versus a tough rival.
3/ Cruz Azul - Still up there and undefeated with a little help from the ref.
4/Chivas - Moved up this week, won with a very lucky bounce. Poor Meza can't catch a break.
5/Tigres - Smile Smartboob your team is looking decent. Will it last. I got ten bones says no.
----
drop off from last week
America, What can I say? My team is in some growing pains. We have the talent and the defense is okay. Those goals from Guardado were lock and loaded. Things can only get better. The giant will rise!
