Doesn't the club have it locked up?
I'm sure they do.
Also, isn't it against some sort of fire rules now?

The last time I saw the big flag was in the FA Cup semi v Fulham at Villa park a few years back.
There was much debate about this flag last year on Chelsea TV. I think it was said that the club were looking at commissioning some kind of replacement but were not sure of the details.
I don’t think it is against fire regulations as Liverpool had their big flag out on display on Sunday.
