This probably deserves it's own thread... but do we want to do anything for Gansler? I know it might be awkward since he was fired/quit... but he was coach for parts of 8 seasons... but I don't see anyone clamoring for us to do something for him.

Well, I am definitely not complaining about doing stuff for Jimmy :)

Sure Bob Gansler definitely has earned that distinction. It's just not as easy to plan around when he might be back at Arrowhead to do something. This might need to be tabled till next season. I don't see why he would be here for a game, and getting the FO to invite him probably wouldn't happen this soon after the firing.

A new stadium/team also might have a Wizards Hall of Fame eventually, at which point Gansler would be a lock.

I'd like to do something....he was such a personable couch...even during the crappy times, we always seemed to thank us for being there...

plus I still catch myself saying "we're all part of Gansler's Army..." :p

I got the basket and the ribbon. I couldnt find a basket with the big handle, but does it really matter. no. havent been able to get with chica with the straws so i'm not too sure that we're going to have the little cards for the straws for people to personalize. if someone wants to bring som sorta construction paper, then we can make small ones and tie them to the basket with ribbon. it's whatever you guys wanna do.

i'll have the basket there and i hope that cait remembers the straws, i've been unable to get ahold of her via cell phone calls.

Hey all. sazzy.
What I was thinking, I know we were all throwning around the idea of continuing the Groin thing, wich i think would be great, BUt we have to continue to come up with cheap ideas.

Whast I was thinking, is there are what 5 more home games left of the season, why dont we start brainstorming and coming up with a great idea to present to the team as a whole. Or gifts that we all get for each player with something personal to take away from the season.
Like the only thing i've thought of as of yet, was that we all kinda pick a player, get a semi cheap shirt made and we can all sign it for each player...something like that.
or a huge photot album,. but i'd like it to be something that each player could take home after this season, cause who knows who's coming back..
give me feed back.
some ideas,..i'll hop on it and plan it i just want to know what ya'll think

there was asd follows, alot of jello, applesauce, pudding, drool bibs, 100 crazy straws, voodoo doll, sign language book, carmex, umm. i think that's about it.
it was great. he was thrilled. i'm glad it turned out the way it did.
