Technical Study Groups?

I know FIFA has a technical group which analyzes the World Cup competitions and publishes a report. I have the one from J/K-02. It should be a little while longer before Germany06 is out.

Does UEFA or any other organisation do this for their competitions? If so, can such documents be found online?

Edit: To be clear I am only talking about analysis of play and systems of play. Statistics Reports and Turf Studies aren't what I am looking for.

These are all the reports which UEFA produce. The ones you want to look at are "The Technician" which is produced by UEFA's technical committee.
