To be honest i would have prefered if he hadn't.
Rumour around Harlington is that the young lad is jaded and needs a rest.However Desailly and Petit (http://www.planetfootball.com/Article.asp?id=137726) are excused.Or are they being punished?

Stupid time of the year to have these games anyway.An injury to a start player could ruin a clubs chance for the run in with so few games remaining and virtually no time to recover to play.
